Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si l\u00ebvizjet e nj\u00eb anije t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb lundron n\u00eb det t\u00eb trazuar, frytet e reformave n\u00eb sistemin e arsimit vijn\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalshme.<br \/>\nPa interes p\u00ebr nj\u00eb betej\u00eb, ku ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb goditje p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb sesa kapital politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar, politikan\u00ebt l\u00ebn\u00eb anijen t\u00eb zhytet gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb thell\u00eb stuhis\u00eb q\u00eb humbja e k\u00ebsaj beteje prodhon. Rreth vicioz i \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm, por fatkeq\u00ebsisht zot\u00ebrues.<br \/>\nMegjithat\u00eb, ky realitet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fatalitet. Protesta e pedagog\u00ebve,e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit,na tregon se ka ende shpres\u00eb. Beteja e tyre p\u00ebr dinjitet, profesion, kushtet baz\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore, \u00ebsht\u00eb beteja jon\u00eb dhe, si e till\u00eb, ajo duhet mb\u00ebshtetur pa kushte.<br \/>\nShqiptar\u00ebt, kudo q\u00eb ndodhen, duhet t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se pedagog\u00ebt jan\u00eb lidhja midis t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs dhe s\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi. Ata p\u00ebr\u00e7ojn\u00eb dijen, p\u00ebrcjellin kujtes\u00ebn, p\u00ebrgatisin brezat dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb model q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shembull p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjekur, dhe jo shkelur. Suksesi i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrkufizon kufirin midis nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb brisht\u00eb e nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb fort\u00eb.<br \/>\nFatkeq\u00ebsisht, kombi yn\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb i brisht\u00eb. Pedagog\u00ebt jan\u00eb aty q\u00eb t\u2019u japin m\u00ebsim nj\u00eb brezi i cili \u00ebnd\u00ebrron largimin nga Shqip\u00ebria. Ekuacion p\u00ebr t\u2019u zgjidhur. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ne e shohim si fatkeq\u00ebsi, qeveria e sheh si oportunitet. Nj\u00eb komb i brisht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb komb leht\u00ebsisht i manipuluesh\u00ebm nga propaganda e nj\u00eb regjimi autokratik.<br \/>\nHapi i par\u00eb dhe i paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndryshimin e k\u00ebtij realiteti \u00ebsht\u00eb beteja e pedagog\u00ebve p\u00ebr dinjitet. Edi Rama, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7dokush, e ka kuptuar nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Ai ka nxjerr\u00eb arm\u00ebt e zakonshme me t\u00eb cilat ka luftuar \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr rezistenc\u00eb ndaj regjimit t\u00eb tij.<br \/>\nN\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsimit, Rama po krijon nj\u00eb imazh negativ t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve. Ai po k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon pedagog\u00ebt me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme &#8211; deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin (politik) t\u00eb vetingut p\u00ebr t\u00eb thyer vullnetin e tyre. Ai nxit reaksion ndaj \u201cpolitizimit\u201d t\u00eb kauz\u00ebs, duke promovuar enkas \u201cmospolitizimin\u201d e saj, e cila n\u00eb fakt, si thell\u00ebsisht politike, k\u00ebrkon doemos zgjidhje politike. Rama e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos lejuar bashkimin e forcave protestuese n\u00eb vend, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta sepse problemet jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta. Ai p\u00ebrdor konfuzionin duke ndezur nj\u00eb zjarr tjet\u00ebr me deklaratat mbi student\u00ebt ekselent\u00eb &#8211; t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, sipas presionit t\u00eb ushtruar, do marrin burs\u00eb studimi vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe, p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, do u mbahet peng diploma p\u00ebr tre vite. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb shembull i nj\u00eb sistemi autoritar, i cili n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb ide dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nisma e t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb strategji p\u00ebr moslargimin e trurit, t\u00eb dikton lirin\u00eb e mendimit, lirin\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjes, lirin\u00eb mbi t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00ebnde.<br \/>\nKjo tregon qart\u00eb se Edi Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb pa ide dhe pa busull mbi arsimin e lart\u00eb. Sakaq, tek ekselenca ai as q\u00eb nuk ka mb\u00ebrritur akoma, sepse s\u00eb pari, ai nuk beson te shqiptar\u00ebt ekselent\u00eb, dhe, e dyta, ai as q\u00eb nuk njeh ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Rama dhe rrjeti i tij i Rilindjes nuk i duan ekselent\u00ebt. P\u00ebr ta, ekselent\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rrezik. P\u00ebr ta \u00e7do person, qoft\u00eb ekselent ose jo, \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb, nj\u00eb votues. Rama b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm zhurm\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, kjo zhurm\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb anashkaloj\u00eb disa t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb thjeshta:<br \/>\nPaga e pedagog\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e ulta n\u00eb rajon, n\u00eb vler\u00eb absolute dhe relative. Kjo krijon nj\u00eb hendek t\u00eb madh midis asaj \u00e7ka u k\u00ebrkohet pedagog\u00ebve, dhe asaj \u00e7far\u00eb u jepet atyre. Kushtet ku pedagog\u00ebt ushtrojn\u00eb profesionin e tyre jan\u00eb thuajse primitive. Tirana nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria. K\u00ebrkimi shkencor \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse i shuar. Dhe n\u00ebse ka, ai realizohet n\u00eb baz\u00eb kilenteliste, jo meritokracie. Nepotizmi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn akademike ka vrar\u00eb vlerat e v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies. Modelet pedagogjike jan\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia m\u00ebsues-student gjendet n\u00eb rrezik serioz.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr\u00e7mimi q\u00eb Edi Rama tregon ndaj pedagog\u00ebve ndikon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb denigrimin e statusit t\u00eb tyre social, ndaj ky profesion po braktiset gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga brezat e rinj.<br \/>\nShteti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe, si pasoj\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb ruajten e dinjitetit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ta garantoj\u00eb dhe promovoj\u00eb at\u00eb. Shteti nuk mundet kurrsesi ta p\u00ebrdhos\u00eb dinjitetin ton\u00eb, apo t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb protestojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.<br \/>\nShteti duhet t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim midis faktor\u00ebve n\u00eb vend dhe jo t\u2019i vendos\u00eb ato n\u00eb konflikte t\u00eb vazhdueshme, si\u00e7 po ndodh midis student\u00ebve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb n\u00eb vend dhe atyre q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\nVendi nuk nd\u00ebrtohet duke krijuar mekanizma detyrues, sundues apo q\u00eb ndjellin frik\u00ebn n\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve. Vendi nd\u00ebrtohet duke frym\u00ebzuar, duke krijuar shpres\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshir\u00eb q\u00eb rinia t\u00eb angazhohet; duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar kushtet e jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb rol ky\u00e7 n\u00eb zhvillimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, sikurse jan\u00ebpedagog\u00ebt.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr k\u00ebto arsye, Departamenti i \u2018Brain Gain dhe Ekselenc\u00ebs\u2019, pran\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mb\u00ebshtet fuqimisht dhe pa kushte protest\u00ebn e pedagog\u00ebve.<br \/>\n*Andi Mustafaj eshte Drejtues i Departamentit BrainGain dhe Ekselenc\u00ebs (p\u00ebr rrjetin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar) n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Demokratike.
